Speaking Sunday morning on ABC News, a barely coherent Joe Biden, the former vice president turned-Democrat presidential front-runner, offered President Donald Trump some odd advice on handling the global coronavirus pandemic.
“I would just tell them what we found is important to do when we went through, not as bad, but a similar crisis, and that is to — you have to move swiftly,” he said.
“And we have to move more rapidly. You have to implement the Defense Production Act, empower a supply commander, create a Defense Production Act for banks that get out small business loans, ramp up testing, a whole range of things.”

His next suggestion is that we should work with the Allies to invade at Normandy.
He knows that if he stumbles into anything that works the media will credit it to him, regardless of whether it was Trump that did it first.
He is working with his people who are working with Trump's people on arranging a time for a possible call with Trump about things that his people are working with Trump's people on discussing, so that Trump will better know what to start doing that Joe and Barrack did right and wrong with H1N1 as soon as they are done working on the call and can have it.
Biden just doesn’t make good choices. He needs better handlers! He should go to Washington, to the White House and meet with Trump. They should appear at Trumps news conference together and tell people we must work together, put aside politics, for the moment, and fight the pandemic. America must be united. Admit differences but unite to face the invisible foe. That all Americans would respect. That would be the act of a real statesman.
