The ONLY good thing I can say about all this pandemic, whether it is real or BS, people are washing their hands. Even my family! I have tried for almost 70 years to get my husband, kids, grandkids to wash hands! Now they do it! I did catch my husband one time last week coming in from the store, getting glasses and wine bottle out without washing hands. I said something. He stopped and washed his hands. you can check our A J Roberts. A brilliant lovely woman, a good friend of ours, expert in viruses. Studied AIDs virus in Russia for 2 years, etc. Has PHD in Virology. She said WASH YOUR HANDS! She also told us to buy Clorox wipes. This was before the lock down of the nation. We were planning a cruise and she was telling us how to stay safe on a ship for a week. So we started washing our hands more seriously and buying wipes before the lockdown and sell out/empty shelves. We also bought tuna, water, cat food, bottles of Clorox, alcohol, aloe vera gel, laundry detergent, dish detergent, peroxide, vinegar... Cruise was cancelled, deposit refunded. Hubby (together over 49 years) almost died March 8. Diabetic Keto acidosis. In ICU March 8 - 11. So he really needed to be home, recovering this month and last month anyway. Daughter had baby #4 in January. My mom’s husband died December. Mom moved into an assisted living home. She is fine, I can’t keep up with her. She just wanted a new start and no home to have to take care of. Daughter in law - high risk pregnancy - announced she is having a baby girl in Oct. Son happy to work from home so he doesn’t bring germs home to her. Other son lives in Santa Ana Ca, working from home. He just told us last week one of his roommates was an UBER DRIVER until last week. Just thinking of all those germs he carried into their house! Physically I am fine. Emotionally I am wasted. God bless all you Freepers!!!!!!!!
