What power under Article 2 ( or some statute) gives the POTUS the power to tell citizens of any given state to stay indoors?
Telling us we should is not the same as enforcing it with US marshals.
He can tell us to eat only chicken soup and go to bed at 9:00 PM and it is not a violation of the Constitution.
Now when and if he says the above and sends the army to enforce it, a different story.
