Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf ordered a halt to all non-life sustaining businesses and medical procedures earlier this month to help prevent the spread of the coronavirus.
However, the pro-abortion Democrat governor is allowing abortion facilities to remain open during the crisis, according to the Washington Free Beacon.
Now, Planned Parenthood is doing abortions – and abortions only – in a large part of the state. According to the report, Planned Parenthood Keystone recently stopped providing actual health services and remains open “for abortion services only” during the global pandemic.
“While the people of Pennsylvania are making a heroic effort to save the lives of the most vulnerable, Planned Parenthood continues with business as usual,” said Bonnie Finnerty, education director of the Pennsylvania Pro-Life Federation. “Eliminating all other services, they are open for abortions, stealing the lives of the most vulnerable who are supposed to be safely quarantined in their mother’s womb.”
Wolf’s order, issued March 20, is similar to those enacted in many other states. It prohibits businesses “that are not life sustaining” from operating and limits medical care to essential procedures and treatments.These measures are meant to conserve medical resources and prevent the further spread of the coronavirus.
But like many other Democrat leaders, Wolf is allowing an exception for one of his close political allies: the abortion industry.
State pro-life leaders quickly criticized the governor for allowing abortion facilities to continue killing unborn babies in elective abortions. The Pennsylvania Family Institute recently sent an open letter to Wolf urging him to stop all elective abortions so the state can focus on fighting the pandemic.
“This is unacceptable,” said Michael Geer, president of the Pennsylvania Family Institute. “Planned Parenthood is now 100% abortion – willing to put further strain on our health system and risk increasing the spread of this virus so they can still profit from their main service revenue stream of elective abortions.”
Pro-life leaders said Planned Parenthood even had the audacity to ask for donations of personal protective equipment, which hospitals desperately need to treat coronavirus patients.
“Planned Parenthood continues to profit and use much-needed medical supplies that could be used for Covid-19 patients,” Finnerty said. “This is not healthcare, it’s certain death for a segment of our population that needs and deserves our protection.”
Geer said Planned Parenthood should change its slogan to “Abortion. No matter what.”
Other states have included elective abortions in their restrictions on non-essential medical procedures during the coronavirus outbreak. However, many now are being sued by the abortion industry. On Tuesday, a Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals panel allowed Texas to enforce its full restriction, including elective abortions; however, judges in Alabama and Ohio blocked their restrictions.
Notably, none of the lawsuits were filed by women claiming harm. All of them come from abortion advocacy groups and abortion facilities that benefit financially from the killing of unborn babies.

Well look at the bright side (No pun intended) You are staying at home and will survive Covid 19. These women and abortion clinic staff? Am willing to bet money over half will test positive and a lot will die.
Having an abortion is a surgery and it weakens the immune system then put Covid 19 on that? Not good bedfellows!
Then the abortion clinic staff? Oh yea they toast, just be patient time will tell.
This is the type of news story that ought to convince people that they have no moral obligation to obey the stupid “shelter-in-place” edicts of their governor.
No room, hospitals don’t want them, need to save 28 yr old illegal from Bangladesh instead of “overweight 59 yr old company owner with 250 employees, as 28 yr old illegal will live longer (on welfare with 8 kids all on the dole) than the 59 yr old with 4 kids, 2 in college, etc.

So at least initially, in the first stages of the pandemic being introduced into the US, the coronavirus people were likely to be from the more cosmopolitan cities and the wealthier zip codes.

Must be like gender "confirmation" surgery, were cutting of people's genital structure and function is touted as healing.
But I’d like to start a fund to pay both men & women to get “fixed”. Killing the unborn is not birth control so nip it in the bud.
People do use abortion as their "method" of birth control, either primary or backup. This goes so against the sanctity of life as well as the sanctity of our bodily design: an insult to our Designer and to our own intelligence.
