I’m not following the reasoning here.
Did OANN attend press briefings twice consecutively and are consecutive attendances against policy?
What? Seems stupid. If there’s a rotation policy, there should be WH staffers rotating press outlets per policy.
Apparently she was there as an invited guest and didn’t need to be scheduled via the rotation. I say just keep inviting her back.
She was standing in the back. This vilated their arbitrary occupancy rule. They turn around and shoot daggers with their eyes.
What a joke.
Additionally she is not part of the WH staff reporters, she was a guest... so yes, she was at fault in more ways than one.
Oddly enough I noted she wasn't seated and stood back there asking her questions. I just thought she was probably late getting there.
She had the audacity to mention (1) reporters lying to their readers about what President Trump said and (2) time brought up unborn babies still being slaughtered as essential businesses!
The story goes that they have limited seating now or something and OAN lost a seat. They were told to follow guidelines for social distancing if they had no seat. They claim the OAN reporter violated rules and they told her what to do but she did not follow procedures. So they voted to ban ban her and her network.
The supposed policy is a “Journalist” (J.) cannot attend if said J. does not have a seat.
OANN should sue. It worked for Jim Acosta.
