Seriously ? Not true. Some people haven’t out filled taxes for a while , have worked, nor even have a recent address on file. .
For the people on SS they do not need to fill out the 1040 EZ form the treasury will be collecting the info from SS did you read the Treasury Secretary’s statement!, if someone is on SS the SS department has their information OR they would not be getting their SS money!{!
SS folks get a SSA-1099 every year and their checks are deposited electronically. The IRS has all pertinent information.
