Seniors on Soc. Sec who didn’t file tax return were always scheduled to receive through SS dept. It was in the bill

I actually read the bill, too...so I knew the IRS had screwed up. Guilty party was probably someone who used the 2008 Obama stimulus as their example where SS folks did have to file. It was a mess.
