Interesting. I thought when he moved to FL he started “working from home”.
He explained this on-air once. When he moved there he wanted to work from a studio in his home. But due to local NIMBY zoning laws which bar you operating any sort of a home business he had to secure space in a commercial building a couple of miles away.
