Anyone that films inside a hospital can be libel for violating the HPPA law if they show a patients face without the permission of the patient. Maybe in Italy there is no such concern, but in the U. S. there is. I would doubt that the an American hospital would allow it under present chaotic circumstances.
I think the EU has a similar law...................
Intentional manipulation. Had they wanted people to know it was not a US hospital, they’d have a graphic showing where it was videoed. The intent is clear: they wanted people to think it WAS NYC.
