The take out is not working because the media has everyone in such a hysterical frenzy people think they will get the virus on their food!!! There was a post on my NEXT DOOR app where the woman was asking advice about going out for a walk because it was windy and she was afraid the wind was blowing the virus around outside!! You just can’t fix STUPID!!!
Well, takeout isn’t working in my neck of the woods because so many are either jobless or working from home. And with so many folks pinching pennies, I suspect eating out, even to support local biz/friends/neighbors is a non-starter.
Well Chic Fila in my state had infected worker working in 2 different locations.
Either shutem completely down or open them up.
Someone posted this interview with a NYC doctor earlier today. I thought it was encouraging and empowering, indicating that the usual things we are advised to do, if we remain Extremely Diligent! in doing them, can greatly increase our ability to avoid this virus :
