Is Dyson the guy who makes those dreadful and offensive hand dryers in airport restrooms? I hate those things, and will leave with wet hands before using one.
Also, some studies have shown that since most people don’t wash their hands well enough — often just a quick rinse — the strong blowers just whoosh the germs farther into the air for others to breathe.
Just FYI, my wife has a Dyson hair dryer, best most compact and quietest hair dryer she has ever had.
He makes the AirBlade models that use air to scrape water off the hands, yes. The older models that are just one jet of air pointed generally downwards with a nozzle considerably predate him, are considerably worse at drying hands and aren’t any better re: spreading germs.
