POTUS Trump, has managed to cut through the miles of Bureaucratic layers of mind boggling rules and regs that hinder our government and states as well to move needed items, supply's etc. to fight COVIID-19...some states are better prepared for unexpected catastrophes.....
Cuomo wanted Trump to release the entire national stockpile of ventilators to NY.
Cuomo wants them distibuted as needed and NY needs them now.
But if NY gets then now, they won’t be freed up for other states for months.
If Cuomo needs so many ventilators.....Why have we not completely quarantined NYC?
Why are we allowing NYC’er to travel all over the US infecting other people in FLA, NJ and RI?

Earlier this week, President Trump called out Governor Cuomo for passing up an opportunity to purchase 16,000 additional ventilators back in 2015. Reports revealed the governor was advised to make the purchase in order to prepare for a possible pandemic.However, he opted out and decided to create a so-called “death panel” instead, which categorizes which patients need the machine the most. He has since asked for 30,000 more ventilators to prepare for a worst-case scenario as the state continues to suffer the deadliest outbreak yet.

Cuomo was just safekeeping the ventilators in the Cuomo Family warehouse when they fell off the truck. He and DeBlasio don’t know anything about this.

OTOH-If Cuomo would just simply manage what he has and appreciate whatever assistance the Federal government can give him, then he could get through this.
