We don’t have time to get all the data.
I guess it’s still “anecdotal”.
Look guys — we all want to believe in this curve, but the study only says that the viral load decreased quicker in the treated population. Given that the mortality rate is 1-2% most will recover from this with or without a drug. Maybe this will speed it up a few days. The question is whether it will prevent death in the 1-2%. This study doesn’t say anything about that. Let us not jump to conclusions until there is more data. The right thing to do is to do broader testing quickly.
I wouldn’t argue with that.
Someone else mention that governor. I knew there was one more
out there, but couldn’t remember who.
Thanks for the mention. They do own it don’t they.
LOL...yeah, I know of him...and, I heard him tout this.
I’m asking where, across the USofA, is this protocol being instituted?
I concur 100%. I merely answered the Freepers question as to why the medical researcher’s hesitation given all the positive results of that combination.
That said, it is approved by that community under two conditions: 1) it is given under the auspices of RESEARCH and, 2) the person is in extreme distress.
Because of those two caveats stated by the research community several Governors have issued restrictions in their states against its general use.
That and the OsteoArthritice and Lupus communities are screaming bloody murder about the supply they need.
And then there are the facts that doctors and pharmacists are prescribing it all across the country for themselves and their families which is also driving the shortage.
The latter issue tells me all I need to know about the combo’s actual efficacy.
Shh.... Some may see this and start downing fish aquarium cleaner because it has “chloraquine” in the label. Be responsible and keep your good news to yourself...or something.
Lol! Thanks.
He said New York. Other than that I have not heard.
My father was in a home in Baton Rouge. He fell, broke his hip and was in the hospital for surgery. When all was said and done, he was sent to another home for rehab and later placement because it was cheaper. Today I learned that the home he was in broke out with five cases. I guess the broken hip was a God Send.
Never-the-less, you are exactly right. We don't have time for this bureaucratic bullshit.
Looks that way. At least 2 more died today in Nevada.
Yes...I’ve heard/read about including the zinc, along with the HCQ/ZPack treatment.
I already take the D3 and the zinc, so that’s good to hear.
Thanks.
You are correct. Clinical trials of Hydroxychloroquine started Tuesday. I read somewhere that it is 1000 patients being treated with it. The results should not take long.
Had Donald Trump never opened his gator the American Democrat media would be touting this drug, and condemning Trump for his ignorance.
The essence of science is the scientific method. There are still a lot of legitimate questions, and the testing seems to be progressing at a very rapid rate. Normally, clinical trials can drag on for several years.
Results of new Plaquenil combo trials in France.
You know it.
I couldn’t take this medication if I had to since I am allergic to neomycin.
Thanks! I get my info from a pretty good source. :)
