My understanding is that this is H.R. 748 - Middle Class Health Benefits Tax Repeal Act of 2019. This is not a new bill, it is new amendments to an already existing bill.

350 Billion goes to small and medium size businesses.
What does the rest go to?
They are going to inflate our saved money away.
This is shameful!
I have heard but am unable to confirm that while Congress made sure Trump businesses could not benefit from this emergency, Congress has included a raise for itself in this bill.
It is very curious that we were given access to everything in Nancy Pelosi’s bill, but finding out what has received “bipartisan approval” is impossible.
If President Trump could refuse to sign Nancy’s version because it was not good for our nation, why can’t he refuse to sign this one? We deserve a clean bill, and another week is not going to make that much difference.
There is also the provision of a Communist-style board of approval for every corporate loan request.
Our Republic is either go into a violent revolution or and more likely vanish within decade or two to the U.N.
What is the point of saving your hard earned cash if they are going to inflate our money away?
These politicians are just disgusting. They don’t give a dam about our Republic to include anything outside of the Coronavirus.
This bill gives them cover.

He promised he was going to drain the swamp.
