In a war soldiers are expendable.
We are in a war with the virus and the elderly are soldiers on the front lines.
Some casualties will be expected.
The question for politicians is “Do we advance while taking some casualties or do we retreat trying to save everybody?”
With the wide spread use of hydroxychloroquine the death rate should be dropping by this weekend.

No offense, but the war analogy is stupid. Its only used because politicians want to use it to rationalize all kinds of restrictive measures theyre imposing in response to media-driven public hysteria.
That mindset is how you get a War on Poverty and a War on Drugs that are silly, pathetic losing battles that never end.
