When Trump said of Boeing, “we can’t let them fail”, that too big to fail thing with the automaker bailout popped into my head. I suppose some are so tied in with fedgov that they are important but they need to behave themselves and in Boeing’s case, get their shit together.
Boeing’s CEO was on with FNB Maria this morning. They’ve sitting on ton of cash and simply asking for access to loans. Specifically saying if there was any gov stake involved, there’d seek other avenues.
