Millennials call Covid-19 the Boomer Remover. The oldest baby boomer is 74. The average age of the dead in Italy is over 80. Jesus millennials are dumb.

This is precisely what is meant by the word, "anecdotal."

and almost all had preexisting conditions
Whenever you see that, understand that this doesn’t mean they were already on death’s doorstep. Just one of the pre-existing conditions (EVER having had high blood pressure) is cited as covering roughly 80% of those over 70, and over a third of all adults in the US. Not exactly what we think of when we hear that phrase.
It’s also a different population than those who typically die from flu, as normally high blood pressure does not make one particularly vulnerable to the flu.

the orders are not to allow those over 60 access to respiratory machines.
That’s going to shift the average age of the dead upwards. It, like the “unknown unreported” might also explain the apparent very high death rate in Italy.

Ive been saying the same thing. Almost all the people dying are old. What I mean by that is old people should quarantine themselves, and those concerned should do the same thing. The young should respect and help the old. Wash your hands and stay clean. The rest of the nation continues to function, while a vaccine or cure gets figured out.
