I have been working to maximize my families virus protection and attack areas of vulnerability. Currently we are using Walmart’s pickup program as our only outside contact. We are not shopping in stores and not dining out including drive thru. When we pickup our groceries we scrub our hands with anti-B soap It has dawned on me that just one infected Walmart worker that is picking orders for pickup could do some real damage in our community. So why don’t the folks calling all the shots for our protection require any employees like the one’s I describe, at a minimum get tested for a fever before their shift? Just yesterday an expert was saying that the virus can survive for at least 24 hours or more on cardboard surfaces.
Although I love venison and back then had many opportunities to go hunting, I always turned those invites down.
Just didn’t like going into the woods.
Too many New Yorkers....with guns.

I heard that starting Monday—tomorrow—Biden is going to give a daily press briefing on Coronavirus.

He has NO authority to order a single soul to do something, let alone approve or disapprove a course of action. The ONLY thing he can do is criticize men and women who are trying to do things to keep people alive. How F’n useless!!!!

When you really think about it bullet proofing everything is near impossible.
There is an Economic cost to everything.
The great fire of London in1666 was due to proximity and Wood/Thatch roofs.
But you cannot have economic activity that requires too much transportation.
Today, transportation is cheap, and China, having low cost slave labor is Economically viable because WE the Consumers like to save money.
Mass Transit - Young people like to be where the Action is, nothing new under the sun, so they go to places like N.Y., San Fran where they cannot afford to but/rent so they have roommates to help with the rent

Will they be used to build more railroads? Or the more PC current version of Mass Transit in all the large urban areas?
Who knows maybe they will open up more laundromats or opium dens

I think the Dems are in a losing position however there are some Never Trumpers who would sign on just to put a knife in Trumps back. I don’t trust the GOP-E not to cave simply “because we have to do something”. Why they NEVER realize that applies just as much to the Dems I do not know.
Just cannot understand “Conservative Inc” they want the money to go to their pet groups so they are lining up with Dems to grow government on this.
Better idea, GIVE THE PEOPLE BACK THEIR MONEY. If large number of people stop paying their bills all at once, we going to have the worse credit crunch since the 1930s.
I don’t think most people realize most business does NOT have a large pile of money they are sitting on. They have creditors too they borrowed from to expand plants and product the last few years. If people cannot buy and sell goods those businesses are going to go bankrupt, If large numbers of businesses cannot pay their creditors because no one is buying or paying their bills that is to bankrupt them.
A credit crunch would cause the fast downward spiral for the economy possible.
Actually, I could not believe that any Democrat or sane person would ever have Biden do this. It will fail miserably. But...I believe the Democrat establishment wants Biden out of the POTUS picture. They are going to soon shift to Democrat, Governor, of NY, Andrew Cuomo to take the Democrat POTUS candidate slot...that is why all the Democrat Primary elections have been cancelled. The convention will decide who runs against DJT!!!
However, I believe Cuomo is too smart to run for POTUS in 2020. He will wait for 2024 to run against Pence!!! At the end of the day the Dems may have to run Hillary Clinton, with Michelle Obama as her VP running mate!!! Biden is done,burnt out goods, useless, adrift-at-sea!!!
