We’re about 80 days into the year. Philadelphia has been on shutdown for what, about a week? Is that really enough time to determine if the shutdown is having a real effect on violent crime?
I thought the police were told not to arrest people on a variety of crimes??????
And the po-lice commissioner in Philthadumpia is named “Outlaw”.
