I agree.

Hopefully a judge with common sense will intervene and slap down Tommie The Commie's power grab.

Ulbricht's (remember *that* German dictator?) mug would've been just as accurate a comparison.

“When things go to real shortages, it is the unprepared to start taking things from others, or waiting for the government to ride in on a white horse to save them.”

I tend to believe that, and further believe it is somewhat tied to political beliefs. In other words, a conservative will foresee issues and prepare. The lib will laugh his arse off at anyone that preps thinking they are nuts. When the SHTF, the lib does a complete 180 and will hoard, steal, and commit mayhem to survive.

One thing that could be considered good from this current coronavirus crap is that prepping is pretty much becoming mainstream, in that few people will look down on someone ordering and stockpiling a years worth of food and other necessities.

Yes. I saw this during Katrina.

There was actually a sense of Entitlement among many of the people affected. It was quite astonishing.

Prepping has been given a bad reputation and has been ridiculed by those who wish to mock "preppers" as apocalyptic nut cases.

That is a foolish stance. Anyone who has lived through a natural disaster, a prolonged power outage, or even a blizzard knows the value of being stocked up and prepared.

I am still amazed that people resist that fact.
