The cost of beef these days. I used to eat lots of steaks but can't afford them anymore.....
As a side note, after the chicken was gone, the beef slowly disappeared beginning with the cheaper stuff like hamburger...
One thing I've noticed is the top grade hamburger is sold out first. There is plenty of ground chuck...
