President Trump on Monday urged Americans to avoid traveling and gathering in public spaces in an effort to blunt the spread of the coronavirus.
"If everyone makes this change, or these critical changes and sacrifices now, we will rally together as one nation and we will defeat the virus," Trump said in the White House briefing room. "We're going to have a big celebration all together."

I honestly believe that this virus has been in our country since Dec. we have had MANY, MANY Americans that said they had their flu shot and still got the flu and it was a booger to shake it!! This hysteria with the American people is absolutely heartbreaking for me I have lived through a lot of things in this country and NEVER saw Americans respond in sch a hysterical way!!{

The government simply has no right to tell me where I may or may not go. I do not want a government with enough power or authority to enforce a quarantine, no matter *WHAT* the consequences of that are.

And we will all look for signs of things getting back for normal. Such as, when the NBA and NHL and major league baseball resume. When all these cities which are compelling bars and restaurants to close, lift those restrictions. Etc.

Had the shot and then had the flu and a cold, almost at the same time although everything I read said that people don’t get both, either simultaneously or in quick succession. With a dry, hacking cough and feeling like I had an elephant standing on my chest. I’m 58, but lift weights and run 20+ miles per week, and it took me down like a rock.
This thing has been here, and everywhere, for months; my useless theory is that we’re seeing the effects of it spreading far and wide enough to start really hitting the vulnerable people in statistically significant numbers.
*I’d skip any place where you have a bunch of people stuffed together in close quarters. For a month - and then see how things look at the time.*
Places like the grocery store, any hospital, airport, or Amazon center, manufacturing plant, etc, etc., etc.

Well, this is why I voted for Trump: to make the tough decisions. Good to see he’s coming around and has dropped the “just the flu” talk.
