I have no problem believing this story at all.
I could easily see it happening. I had to self quarantine after a CHinese woman kept coughing all over me and I got sick. Not only did she cough everywhere within 6 feet she then decided to come sit next to me and cough all over me.
I really wondered if she was a Chinese SPy ..but decided she was just a rude witch
That said, this story could also just be a lie.
She just might get executed for her selfishness
Or she was a freeper sick of your posts. One never knows.
Sure, it could be part of the same anti-US propaganda campaign that centers around "the US military sourced this and introduced it into China."
I'd like to think our military... or even most militaries... could do a better job of having domestic preparation on hand.
