My wife made a run yesterday at HEB and everything went smoothly. She even got a 12-pack of toilet paper. I guess she got in before the panic. A friend of ours was there today and said it is totally mobbed. It's a lot like what happens here in the Houston area when a hurricane is imminent. Of course those panic buys are due to the notion that all the power will be knocked out and stores will be empty. This one seems to be mass hysteria.

I have to go to a Kroger tomorrow to pick up a prescription. I'll probably confine my visit to the pharmacy area alone.
