The Masters announced that this year’s tournament has been postponed due to the coronavirus, Augusta National Chairman Fred Ridley announced Friday.
No rescheduled date was announced.

The world is going to need to do.exactly that. There needs to be a coordinated effort for 48 days to stop movement all over the planet. That is the fastest way to break this pandemic chain of infection. This is the once in a century event fortunately government around the world are not listening to the but flu bros. Ask yourself why? Because they have the classified information that the public doesn’t get to see. Now ask yourself why would government force all briefings to be classified top secret? Not just the US government all of them seems like. 48 days is two full incubation period and that’s the minimum necessary to break a chain of transmission this applies to any virus that has an R0 over 1 the incubation period varies from bug to bug this one happens to be 14 mean with outliers at 24, and 37 days so taking the middle value of the outliers and run with double that. China’s about 6 weeks into lock down and they have just barely got it under control that tells the rest of the world the time frame of quarantine.

Your numbers jive with what Scott Gottlieb has been saying, which is that the next two months are going to be rough. With any luck, things will improve by the end of May.
