Italy's Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte announced Monday that coronavirus lockdown measures were being extended to the entire country, with travel to be restricted to reasons of work, health, and emergencies.

The measures would become effective Tuesday and last until April 3, he said.

If you read between the lines though....ports are open, railway stations are running, and airports seem to be in full operation. I would make a guess that truckers are still running deliveries, and the bulk of shops are still open.

I did see that South Korea has tested over 100k people and its numbers were lowering.
