Axios reports Monday that former Vice President Joe Biden’s inner circle is already discussing a list of Cabinet picks. Many of the names would return from the Obama administration, constituting an effective “third term.”
Axios says that former Secretary of State John Kerry could return in that role, or be appointed to a new Cabinet-level climate change position.

If you have not seen it already, try to see movie “The Big Short” where 2 young traders realized that something strange was going on. After investigating a while they decided to short the market and made a mint in 2008. They showed one fine house in Florida, which reminded me of my trips there. I would take the interior route past Lake Okachobi (sp?) and drive into Miami from the back side. This was from 2000 to 2006. Each year there were lots more new houses. I would think, how are they going to sell all these houses? Is this parking of drug money? Etc.
At one point I was trying to help my maintenance man whose ex-wife had lost her house because she could not keep up with the payments. I examined her papers and Deutch Bank loan offer. The proposal was a 5 year balloon. SUggested interest was about 10%. After several months working with her on the loan it ended up being 12.5% which she was unable to pay. That bank has been in trouble in recent days.
Three weeks ago in Virginia I paid $2,14/9 per gallon, regular.
Also the endorsements are a substitute for good campaigning.
