I do something similar; I start eating at 1:00 pm, stop all caloric intake at 9:00 pm. I try to move the starting point up an hour each day of the week until it’s at 5 on Friday. I get a little bit hungry around 10 in the morning this way, but it passes pretty quickly. I agree, it’s a great way to control food intake.

Good job! That method not only helps lose weight, but is the most effective way to fight diabetes and only method to burn fat around mid-section.
