Michael Bloomberg has never:
* purchased a firearm
* seen the forms required to purchase a firearm
* attended a gun show
* purchased a firearm on the internet
* given serious thought as to what "Shall Not Be Infringed" means

Bloomberg is either lying or clueless or he could be both, in Florida any dealer selling guns at a gun show must run a background to complete the purchase.
Same for any website that sells guns, the will not send and UPS or Fedex won’t deliver a firearm to anything other than a FFL dealer.....
Private sales are a different situation but that would be impossible to enforce....
I get totally irritated when Liberals just flat out lie by repeating talking points with no knowledge of what they are saying...

The crowd “ate-up”/applauded loudly to his response.
I hate these Town Hall “meetings” because there are no chances at followup responses. The “moderators” who sometimes challenge the candidate, provide extremely weak “counter-points” tailored for the candidate to “hit it out of the park” with robotic talking points.
FOX, CNN, etc... are hosting infomercials, not healthy political debate.

Insert politicians name and this is what politicians believe:
I, _________, am the meek and I have inherited the earth. My life is more valuable than yours. Bow down and worship me !!!!

I do note that he didnt answer the specific question about the value of his life compared to another. What an empty suit. While most dont get 30-40 death threats a week (I only get 2 a year), it isnt all about the threats - it is about the overt action usually without any threat. Every person has the right to protect himself/herself from actions. Protection from vocal or written threats is not assured. Protection from bad acts is assured.

Fox is trying to make their big “fair and balanced” pitch to bring in lefty listeners. They are thus going soft on the dems who are there to make sure they return and bring their lefty friends with them. It won’t work out. They’ll lose more of their good audience than they’ll score.

He alluded to his position/title (Mayor/presidential candidate) made him more important and that his gun control legislation would only target on-line/gun-show “loopholes”, age restrictions, and mental health.
Proper response would be public pays for your protection with those titles, the initial question was in relation to your PRIVATE security. Ordinary citizens do not have the disposable income to hire security personnel who have concealed arms. Ordinary citizens do have the means to purchase arms and fight like hell to be allowed to carry them wherever they go, just like your security.
As to the loopholes, there are no loopholes. On-line and gun-shows must follow State/Federal laws as well despite the evasive and convoluted answer you provided, the legislation was clear in 1993 and did not shield other forms of commerce. Also, 77% of the individuals convicted of a crime involving a gun procured the firearm through other crimes like theft, family members, black market, or drug deals. How are you going to stop that without intruding on a law abiding citizen's right to bear arms?

More average Joe's are assaulted/killed than famous people. Why is that?
-22 years in the Army as an MP, so I am fairly well trained in the firearms I would carry.
