The article seems to flip back and forth between the government’s statements and the opposition. What, in 25 words or less, is going on? Anybody?
The same judges that ruled 2 to 1 against Trump...stayed their order until Trump can appeal.
They were for it before they were against it. I guess.

Here’s my take: They basically chose to override a Supreme Court ruling, based on their hatred of Trump. Then it occurred to them that if they continued with their rant, the Supreme Court would not only stop them, but would stop EVERY nationally-binding ruling coming from the lower courts.
So they wisely (per their agenda) chose to walk it back so that they wouldn’t risk losing their power for national-directives in the future.
