A sea of red MAGA hats and chants of “four more years” filled the parking lot of the North Charleston Coliseum on Friday, a day before South Carolina’s highly anticipated Democratic primary.

“This is like Republican Woodstock,” said S.C. GOP Chairman Drew McKissick.

Were there many African-Americans at the rally?

This is the time to reach out to them. Invite them over to the winning side.

Yes. There were quite a few blacks and Hispanics at the rally. I couldn’t guess at the percentage. But as I scanned he crowd I noted their presence.

The Donald made a strong point that he intends to go after the black vote in 2020. Sen. Tom Scott was there. The crowd loved him. He’s a great ambassador to the black community.

Eh, some will ...but the majority sadly still want to reside on the plantation. There just seems to be no getting through to them. But some ARE slowly creeping out into the sunshine.

The voting thus far in South Carolina has been unusually light...who knows why? Good day for Operation Chaos....2020 Democrat POTUS primary election. Time will Tell!!!

I got to the coliseum at 5:30am - waited until Lomé with some awesome like minded folks and got a great seat @ 80’ away from the podium.

The place was packed - and raucous.

I think the happiest person in the room was....the Donald!

This was my first Trump rally. Met lots of people who traveled a long way to be there.

Yeah -- it's a shame that POTUS probably didn't have the time to visit this while he was there in North Charleston:

It's truly a sobering and thought-provoking experience...
