Bernie’s battle force needs to understand that Bernie isn’t running to become king.
Bernie will get to sign into law only the bills Congress passes and sends him.
And I suspect Nancy Pelosi doesn’t want to pay a federal wealth tax.
Bernie might wish to veto defense bills, but the Northern Virginia real estate market must be kept strong to buttress the DC real estate market.
Any Democratic contender would willingly appoint leftist judges.

Sanders is always proclaiming that his is a “revolutionary” movement. The left has ALWAYS had a romanticized vision of “revolutionary” struggle, “armed struggle”, and “revolutionary violence”. So, when you have someone like Sanders proclaiming his is a “revolutionary” movement, he attracts all the loons on the left who are “down with the struggle”.
