Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) lashed out at Mick Mulvaney on Friday after the acting White House chief of staff accused the media of reporting on the coronavirus as part of an effort to "take down the president.”
Schumer argued in a statement that the Trump administration had "learned nothing from the Chinese government’s failure to quickly and transparently combat the coronavirus."
"For Mick Mulvaney to suggest that Americans turn off their TVs and bury their heads in the sand when they’re worried about a global health pandemic is Orwellian, counterproductive, dangerous, and would be repeating China’s mistake," Schumer added.
Mulvaney, speaking at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) on Friday, accused the media of peddling a false narrative about the administration “scrambling” to contain the virus and said the press was ignoring the coronavirus until now because publications were too preoccupied with Trump’s impeachment before that.

Schumer would attack Trump if he cured cancer. Schumer favors a large socialist over-reaching government where taxpayers are peons regardless of race. Just as long as he has the money and the power.

Schumer is the head pig in “Animal Farm” where “all animals are equal but some are more equal than others”, i.e. commies/fascists/authoritarians - fitting descriptions of “Chuckie”.
His wording though is straight out of “1984” where “war is peace, and peace is war”. To Chuckie, “Trump is the Orwellian opposite of a concerned lead, i.e. being “an incompetent, greedy, racist authoritarian”.
Remember those last four words used to describe Trump. Right out of the Communist handbook of Saul Alinsky, “Rules for Radicals”. Alinsky was a hardcore Marxist but smarter than the average American Bolshevik. That is why so many college idiots fall for this “socialism” crap.
Schumer loves “crap” and “Orwellian doublespeak” so that helps to explain why he is a marxist psychopath.

No, she was actually very nice, and I thanked her for taking the time to listen to me. I'm always polite, but always get my point across. She said she'd pass my comments onto the Senator. If she does fine...if she doesn't, that's fine too.

It looks like the market recovered over 630 points in the last TEN MINUTES of trading or so...that was a change in recent closing hour activity this week. Ended up down today around 357.
