SC Republicans Organize to Vote for Bernie in Open Democrat Primary to Give Trump "An Avowed Socialist to Face in November"

Earlier this month, I wrote about “Operation Chaos: South Carolina Republicans Urge Voters to Cast Dem Primary Vote for Bernie.” The South Carolina primary takes place on Saturday, February 29th, and it looks like the movement is gaining some steam.

As I noted in that post, the strategy is intended to prove to South Carolina Democrats that open primaries are ripe for abuse by the opposing party’s voters skewing the results.

Cast your vote based on the 15% rule. The democrats changed their primary systems to proportional voting after the last election. So every candidate gets delegates based on their percentage. They put in a floor of 15%. To get delegates they must have at least 15% of the vote. My theory is that we want a contested convention with as many candidates as possible with delegates. If we vote for the candidate polling nearest to 15% in our state before the primary we can keep as many of them alive as long as possible. I say nearest to 15% because all polls have a margin of error. So a candidate polling 16.5% might only get 14.9% of the vote and fail to get delegates. By keeping as many of these losers alive as possible, hopefully all the way to the convention, we create disunity and distrust. Imagine if we could keep six candidates viable, Crazy Bernie, Mayor Pete, Liawatha, Bite Me, Klobuchar and mini-mike. The convention goes to a second or third vote. Deals get made, hopefully, several of them get screwed over. Disunity and an even bigger victory in November.

My district in Texas has no primary races of interest to me therefore I can indulge in this. By all means though if you have a chance to vote against the GOPe in the primary that is where you need to cast your ballot

I quickly looked at the results on 538 and the following would be closest to 15% in each state:
MA - Mayor Pete
SC - Steyer
TX - Warren

I do not want Bernie to have a majority of delegates. I want the DNC to brush him aside as before. That would ensure that many or even most Commie Bernie enthusiasts will stay home or even vote for Donald Trump.

I can't in any way cast a vote for a communist! I will however vote for a moron, I've unknowingly done it several times. I will be voting for Biden. His gaffs are too rich to end. I want more idiotic remarks & more impossible claims & that comes in the form of Biden!
I love how the polls are showing Biden winning SC because the MSM believes every black person in SC is voting for him when in reality, thank you Rush, his high numbers are in part from Operation Chaos!!

I think I've changed my mind. Another post said Steyer is the closest one to 15% & he spent a lot of money here in SC & is expected to do well. So I believe my vote for him will contribute to causing the most chaos & the possibility of a brokered convention. Plus, I don't think I could live with myself if I ever voted for a Communist, for ANY reason!! (Ahh, I'm feeling better now 😁) #Trump2020 💪😎🇺🇸
