If there is a pandemic in the US, most of them need to wear a mask as a precaution, not just those dealing with COVID-19 patients. The masks are disposable, intended for 1 day of use.

300 million would only last 2 weeks. 300 million seems like a low estimate to me. You’d think they would want 2-3 months of supply.

People do not realize the amount of respirators that are used daily, not only in the medical field but the industrial markets as well. I work in the industrial market and manunfacturers are not taking “NEW” orders...they are allocating inventory to current customers only based on recent purchasing history. Most distributers are doing the same.

Well-if an outbreak does start here-I want you to remember this post and ignore every precaution. Don’t wear a mask-gloves and don’t even wash your hands when you go out. If someone sneezes around you-just say “God bless you” and move on. After all, by the time anything could possibly happen, flu season will be over and you won’t have anything to worry about.

Went shopping today at a sporting goods store. Spent $65. Got three items I will need over the next few months. All three were made in China. Realized afterward that those products will all be gone soon. Not to be replaced from China. Prices of non Chinese replacements will be double at least, when available.

Our precious meds are being made by a country that could very easily/quickly become an enemy.

This (ChiCom manufacturing issue) needs to be fixed, as POTUS has been saying...about so many items.... for YEARS/DECADES, ASAP! BigPharma and Congress, be d@mned!
