HANOI, Feb 25 (Reuters) - All 16 people in Vietnam infected with a new coronavirus have been cured, the health ministry said on Tuesday, adding that no new cases have been recorded since Feb. 13.
The last known patient, a 50-year-old man infected by his daughter who returned from China's central city of Wuhan, where the virus first emerged, has recovered and is in good condition, the ministry said in a statement.
It was not immediately clear when the last patient would be discharged from hospital.
The rest, including a three-month-old baby, are improving, the ministry added.

Yes. Good succinct analysis.
This outbreak is quite serious and needs good oversight and containment.
But it’s not the apocalyptic crisis so many people seem to think it is.
They can be reinfected and the reinfection time is when sudden heart failure is occurring. Healthcare providers are most at risk.
They are lying. Their border with China is wide open. Many Vietnamese will die. Their government is not worried about that.
I’m not panicking, just prepping. If this thing does take hold in America, people will panic. You will have the “bare grocery shelf” syndrome, just like with bottled water prior to Hurricane Sandy. So I figure that it does not hurt to buy some of what’s on sale each time I go to the store along with my usual order.
Re Nuoc mam will kill anthing (yes, bad NM but the good, sweet stuff, heavenly).
However, re the virus and the “cured” victims of it, govt bullets will also cure them, permanently. Remember, it is Communist Vietnam, not the National Institute of Health.
They mention two cases, a 50-year-old man and a three-month-old baby, who are recuperating. I wonder what became of the other 14.

“All 16 of Vietnam’s coronavirus sufferers cured!”
Via large doses of Pho*? It’s the Miracle Drug! ;)
