Hours upon hours of in-mansion detention with an ankle bracelet, supervised by scantily clad 20 something cuties probably. Could happen to anybody. He’s the real victim here.
With good behavior he is eligible for parole in 5yrs.
The View likely will complain...that’s what they do.
So, from six and a half to 29 if served consecutively, from five to 25 if served concurrently, (and if the judge sticks to the sentencing guidelines). He's 67, so it isn't beyond the realm of possibility that he could be up for parole as soon as age 70 or he could be in until he's 96. That's just off this trial - more to come. If I were his attorney I'd be hoping his check doesn't bounce.
.....”his walker will serve well in there!”....
His back isn’t his only disfunctional problem....one of the gals gave candid testimony about that.
Even 5 yrs will make him 72 and he’s yet to face further charges in LA.
Doubtful. But there was some email anout a juror. Judge ignored. Also some issues about allowing annabella testimony.

They handcuffed him and took him straight to jail.Wish there was video.
Why do we have to put this guy in jail, at a cost of at least $60K/year? Instead, let’s just put him on a flight to Wuhan, China (maybe $3,000, one time) and let him serve humanity by cleaning door knobs, toilets and bathroom sinks. I think that a 6-month term serving people like that ought to be enough to repay the public for what he did.
To go from one of the most powerful man in Hollywood, to have rub shoulders with the elite over the past 30 years to sharing a cell with Bubba has got to bad.
Will Weinstein survive prison? Does he have the inter strength to call on to see him through this, or will he just sort of give up?
He has only one chance and that is to provide information on the real Hollywood. Make a deal and expose Hollywood for the morally corrupt industry it is.
If you hear he has been put on “suicide watch” and in the same cell Epstein was in, you will know his days are numbered.
The judges over the top comment about the cell phone is probably grounds for appeal.
Why does he owe Malia Obama money?.She was just an intern.

There’s no question Harvey Weinstein is a monster, a loathsome human being to deal with in any capacity. That reputation was firmly in place decades prior to the #MeToo movement. There also doesn’t seem to be any doubt Weinstein abuses his power to keep his casting couch busy, and while exploiting needy and beautiful young women in this way is disgusting behavior, it’s not criminal. And that’s all that matters.
As much as I despise Weinstein and everything he stands for (and have for decades), that has no bearing on the criminal charges against him, which is why I haven’t been writing about the case — I just don’t know what to think about it… Because I went so hard after Roman Polanski some ten years ago when it looked like he might finally face justice for raping and sodomizing a 13-year-old girl back in the 70s, everyone thinks I’m a hard ass when it comes to this stuff, but that’s not true at all.
Polanski admitted to the rape and then fled justice before paying for his unspeakable crime. He’s an admitted child rapist and a fugitive. He’s guilty. Period. If I’m a hard ass about anything, it’s the presumption of innocence and the rights of the accused. I’m the guy who defended Woody Allen and Bryan Singer. I’m the guy who would rather see a thousand guilty men go free than one innocent man put in prison. And when I see how despised Weinstein is and how trendy #MeToo is, when I realize what a feather Weinstein’s conviction will put in the cap of the prosecutors, what I see is a case ripe for abuse.
Simply put, Weinstein is the perfect scapegoat.
