Former Bill Clinton adviser Dick Morris said on 970 AM New York Citys The Cats Roundtable that Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) will get massacred in 2020 by President Donald Trump.
Morris said, Let me be clear: Bernie will get massacred by Trump. Were not just talking about a minor defeat here. Were talking about they lose the House. I think in the Senate, they could lose up to 60 seats. They could have up to 60 seat Republican majority, supermajority. I think that Bernie will get destroyed. I think the worst presidential defeat since McGovern.

While I agree that Trump will be most triumphant, I must point out that in 2006, Morris published “Condi vs. Hillary: The Next Great Presidential Race.”
Plus, white liberals are the *least* charitable people ever placed on this earth. They are all for giving people other people’s money, but they are completely selfish. The idea that they would voluntarily subject themselves to the kinds of punitive taxation and job-killing proposals that Sanders advocated is utterly preposterous (and yes, these are generally intelligent enough people to understand the implications of Sanders’ rhetoric, and they make enough to be absolutely crushed by what he is advocating).
Forget what they say publicly. Put them into a voting booth with no-one looking (and no peers to witness their courageous virtue) and there is no way on God’s green earth that they are pulling the lever for Sanders in the percentages they need to in order to make this election competitive. Not a chance.
Sanders may get 60% turnout out of working Democrats (which is the majority of Democrats). But he is not getting the 90+% he would need.
Given how wacky the democrat party is now, I wouldn’t be surprised to see congressional democrats barricade themselves in the House, should they lose their majority to the republicans.
So will Bloomie, Tulsi, the queer, the fake Injun, the corrupt one, etc.
I'm not resting until the vote is long over and Melania sings
What we DON’T need to do after Sanders is nominated is to kick-back, do nothing, and awaken on the next day in horror to see that Sanders won.
That “anybody” does not include John McCain, a guy who actually wanted to lose and did everything he could to lose. Tump is a different creature altogether.

McCain was the only POTUS candidate I can recall who endorsed his opponent for the office.
Morris is trying to stay relevant.
Does he have a book coming out soon?
At best, Trump wins all his 2016 states, plus
Virginia, Minnesota, Nevada, Delaware, New Hampshire and New Mexico.
The GOP retains the Senate with 56 seats and narrowly wins the House.
At worst, Trump wins all his 2016 states except Pennsylvania and Michigan. The Senate is split and the GOP loses the House.
Hey, even a broken clock....

Yea go Bernie!
Were with you, you friggin idiot! Go, run, loose!
“Do NOT underestimate the stupidity of the American electorate”
Absolutely correct thinking.
We have major problems with deception, dependency, and then there is the enabling of voter fraud on top of that.
We are on the brink of disaster if we allow it.
Shut up Dick ,you are never right!
“An election against Sanders would not even be competitive.”
I have less faith in the American people than what you do. I hope I am wrong.
Why would you say that? President Trump took 31 states. That's 62 Senators right there.
(The real window of opportunity was 2018, though, since there were far more Dem seats up for re-election. In 2020, there's far more GOP seats up for re-election.)
What you’re failing to take into account is that both of the Kenyanesian Usurper’s opponents took a dive.
They never had any intention of winning.
62 senators are not up for reelection. Only 33-34 normally plus any that were appointed in the interim. Most will be in safe seats.
McCain was the only POTUS candidate I can recall who endorsed his opponent for the office.

Didn’t mitt basically throw in the towel and backhandedly tell what a ‘nice guy’ etc BO was and NEVER attacked him or his ‘ideas’.
If MR would have run as nasty a Presidential campaign as he did to get the nomination, he may have won....
But that would probably have been BO ‘light’ at the very best and it would never have dawned upon him to remove the BO ‘leftovers’...
