Sanders will need some more socialist in the House of Representatives a Democrat majority in the Senate and Liberal majority on the Supreme court in order to pass his legislation. Executive orders and packing government agencies won’t help him this time around. He’ll just have his legislation and orders challenged in court over and over again.
