The goal of Brexit is to develop a way to continue, not to totally end

In the Summer of 1972, when I was 13 years old, I flew to England with the 12 year old son of my Dad’s GF and we spent the summer in the Midlands. He was a British Subject and had a UK passport, and I had a US Passport. His was dark blue, and it had hard covers like an Encyclopedia. Mine was dark green and had cardboard covers.

The UK passports were definitely much higher class than the US ones back then. And they were definitely a Royal Blue.

When I went into the Air Force, they confiscated my green passport and issued me a red covered one.
