Recalling labs everyday in engineering school, I wonder about the labs more than the exam
How about mandatory “liberty training” for state legislatures?
Make them memorize Ayn Rand, Ludwig Von Mises, Hayek, Murray Rothbard, Milton Friedman as well as the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.
Don’t allow them to run for office without passing rigorous tests.
(There will be a question on how licensing creates monopolies, reduces consumer choice, and hurts the economy... ;-) )
Would the Marxist State Media Pimps and Whores be required to get training and get licenses .... CNN, NBC, etc.?

Today a poor, little Victorias Secret ‘model’ complained that her industry was ‘unregulated’.
The end result of all this regulations will be businesses that can move, will move.
“Hollywood” has an infrastructure of agents, unions, craftsmen, actors and so on which makes it a place to create films.
But films can be made elsewhere.
It is only a matter of time before some other locations becomes the new “Hollywood”.

Licensing porn actors and strippers? One can only wonder at the testing procedures, I bet they could auction off positions on the licensing board.
I’m sure he’ll be nominated and recognized as an honorary Grand Eternal Board Member at the inaugural conference at the island purchased from his estate by the State of California. His private jet will be on display hanging from the ceiling at Sacramento. Private tours will be available to select groups of lawmakers.
And the a$$-ay exams!
