The bill passed the House of Delegates on Feb. 6. The Senate passed SB 868, a similar bill, on the same day. Both bills are expected to pass the chamber opposite their origin and land on the governor's desk. Northam spoke in favor of both pieces of legislation, saying that, with them, Virginia will "officially end discrimination" in 2020, signaling that he plans to sign them.

This is not good for my Alma Mater, Christendom College, in Front Royal, Virginia. Christendom is a Catholic College which upholds traditional Catholic teaching on these things.

Not in the rural areas outside of Richmond it hasn’t. 90 out of 95 Virginia counties have passed 2nd Amendment sanctuary resolutions. Liberals own Richmond and two NoVA counties, IIRC.
Coonman Northam hasn’t confiscated a single AR-15 or arrested a single sheriff. And I’ll just bet state police authorities are quietly asking him not to transform them into his New Gestapo because, frankly, they don’t have the numbers to go around knocking on millions of doors.
