Harvard Law School professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz revealed in an interview on Sunday that he has proof that former Democrat President Barack Obama ordered the FBI to investigate someone after far-left billionaire George Soros asked for the investigation.
Dershowitz’s remarks come after critics have attacked President Donald Trump for tweeting about matters related to the Department of Justice, which led to Attorney General William Barr publicly asking the president to stop last week.
“There was a lot of White House control of the Justice Department during the Kennedy administration and I don’t think we saw very many liberal professors arguing against that,” Dershowitz told Breitbart News. “I have some information as well about the Obama administration – which will be disclosed in a lawsuit at some point, but I’m not prepared to disclose it now – about how President Obama personally asked the FBI to investigate somebody on behalf of George Soros, who was a close ally of his.”
“We’ve seen this kind of White House influence on the Justice Department virtually in every Justice Department,” Dershowitz continued. “The difference this president is much more overt about it, he tweets about it. President Obama whispered to the Justice Department about it.”
“You said that George Soros asked Barack Obama to have his Justice Department investigate somebody?” Breitbart News pressed.
“That’s going to come out in a lawsuit in the near future, yeah,” Dershowitz responded. “I have in my possession the actual 302 form which documents this issue and it will at the right time come out, but I’m not free to disclose it now because it’s a case that’s not yet been filed.”

I’ll never believe he died in his sleep. He always traveled with protection- except for his last trip. His family refused autopsy as I am sure they were threatened.
Plus, IF, he did have damning evidence, he is smart enough to give copies to multiple source ..plus hide multiple copies in publicly accessible locations.

It is easy to predict that the case will never be filed because of an out of court settlement.
Which clearly showed a father whom was not a US citizen at the time of Obama’s birth. Slam dunk, not a natural born citizen.

Professor Alan Dershowitz was found dead in his office this morning. He apparently took his own life after ransacking his office and slapping himself repeatedly before putting a gun to the back of his head and firing. The window was left open, and several strands of broom straw were found near the open window. The suicide weapon has not yet been located.

I think you’re kind of right. But I think folks give the last occupant of the White House way too much credit. He was an A-hole, but I think he was more greedy and narcissistic than evil. I think he was just a puppet and let anyone, as long as they supported him, do anything they wanted.
When things went good, which was not that often/if at all, he tried to take credit. When things went bad, he pointed fingers and distanced himself from all of it with the help of the MSM.
At the end of the day, I think he was too dumb to do anything of consequence, he was just a puppet for the true evil, Soros and other unknown/anonymous folks that were pulling his puppet strings.
But, yes, clinton is Demon Spawn.
Maybe they can hold off until Bloomberg picks PIAPS and he and Dershowitz can have joint funerals. Because Bloomberg won’t be around very long if he goes near her or offers her anything.
Personally, I still think there’s a chance that she gets in the mix. Although w/ everything they’re trying to do do Sanders, again, I think their convention is going to be absolute chaos, if not, downright violent. And I wouldn’t be surprised to see our entire election/voting process brought to a standstill from the coming violence the Left will perpetrate to keep the President from being re-elected.
To my knowledge one US citizen parent is enough to make you eligible. Again, since Obama was allowed to sit in White House for 2 terms, I can bet a dollar to donut, Obama is the new standard for eligibility, for next 100 years or so.
I still can’t believe the fake Hawaii certificate was allowed as authentic. The authorities in Hawaii were obviously in collusion. Hawaii is after all one of the bluest of blue states.
You are most likely correct it was a pdf file, but how do you prove that? Do all pdf files print a certain way? I have printed many, and I can’t tell if the print was from a pdf or jpg or png file format.

IIRC the intent of NBC is that the president would have no loyalty or claim to citizenship in another country.
Jindal knew that. Harris didn’t. Why do people support Harris’ right to run? She had two foreign national parents when she was born.
The natural born clause was always meant to address divided loyalties at birth. Since Obama’s father was a British royal subject at the time of birth, Obama can not be a natural born citizen. The birth certificate was just a smoke screen. He could have been born in Time square and it would not have mattered.

This is 100% correct, and I believe done on purpose to weaken the USA. Did you notice who the republicans wanted to run instead of Trump in the election cycle right after Obama? Most were not NBC, due to the same reasons as Obama (Cruz, Rubio, ect.)
Both parties are looking to destroy the natural born clause, we would do well to keep it.

2020 is a different America than it was in 1789 or 1812 or even 1960! Obama would have been laughed off the stage in 1960.
