Last fall, I traveled through Greene County Tennessee, the Nolichucky river valley.

The fields were covered with acres and acres of soy beans. Hmmm....

What I learned was that the graymatterless farmers all leased their soil to a mega farmer that planted thousands of acres of soy beans in the very rich river valley soil

We need to import food and drop the subsidies for our babied farmer class. Argentinian and Australian beef is quite tasty I am told.
