What’s so damn hard for the CURRENT DOJ lawyers to simply admit multiple injustices were done to Flynn and that not only should his current PERSecution be dismissed/ceased but that the man & his family be made financially whole.

If they did so, they would be admitting that they committed serious ethical violations and would be subject to disbarment. They would not admit it even if they had a gun to their heads.

Well, that’s the problem with the way our justice system works. Prosecutors don’t get big promotions for finding truth, the make their careers on successful prosecutions. It’s not necessarily a DOJ problem, it’s a problem with people in the prosecution role that only care about winning. They won’t stop just because it’s a bad case. They need to lose in court.
