“I’m stunned by it. I’ll talk to my colleagues about this because I know they have some concern about some of the interventions that the president has with our military. That’s such a shame. What a patriotic person,” the California Democrat added.

It would be easy to nail his insubordination down. Just interview his counterpart in the Ukraine and then interview Vindman. If he lies, so much the better.Should be open and shut case.
Establishing Vindman as the leaking source for the whistleblower would take a little longer but shouldn’t be too difficult. Just tell Ciaramella he’d get immunity if he comes clean on the source.
Be tough to prosecute Ciaramella anyway.
