I think I saw an article debunking that too.

Turns out that the alleged Chinese spies in Canada had followed all the proper procedures to send that. Apparently had permission and were still working in China.

I’m not sure which one is true.

Hadn’t heard about the ebola guy.

Dr. Peng in Wuhan had published several papers on Coronaviruses. Appeared to be legitimate work inspired by SARS, also a coronavirus. But if not contracted from the wild, an accidental release from his lab is the second most likely scenario.

Not debunked. Still being investiged..at least at end of Jan.

“Robert Cyrenne, spokesman for the RCMP in Manitoba, told AFP by email that “there is no connection between the outbreak in China and any RCMP investigation. Any reporting of such is misinformation.”

Cyrenne confirmed to AFP that the investigation involving the researchers is still ongoing.”
