The only way to track death and recovery rates of this virus will be countries outside China. Lets hope that the rest of the world can keep it from spreading to the point where it overtakes the ability for the health systems to care for the people who get this.

Do you suppose the CDC is using the forced quarantine facilities as a Petri dishes to study the details of how the virus is contracted, spread, treated, etc. Since so little is known and controlled research so vital it makes sense that they would be doing this. I hope they are.
