Law will be passed. It may go to the Supreme Court and there will be 5 justices by then to make it legal.
While it’s going through that process the state of Utah will find ways to make it Advantageous for the former senator to go do something else.

I thought Romney killed a woman by bankrupting her company and taking away her health insurance, after which she got cancer and died with no medical treatment.
