I just read it, and this is an article about the 2019 speech. They mention that they polled people about North Korea and the possibility of a second summit, but North Korea wasn’t mentioned in the 2020 speech. The footnote also mentions that the poll was conducted between February 1st to the 4th, 2019.

I am 74 and counting. I have followed politics to some degree since Ike. This is the most effective SOTU, best orchestrated I have ever witnessed. Bravo to the man who knows how to own the media enemy.
I am not sure I want others to try what he did. Can you imagine Biden or Kasich trying to pull off a speech like that?
